Did you happen to notice that many, many people live lives of quiet desperation?

Anxiety levels are high in general. This is an underlying factor

of all civilizations since the beginning of recorded time. Why is this? Why all the wars? Why all the depression and anxiety disorders?

Do you know how to relax? Of course, the easiest immediate answer is yes. Most people think Yes even when they say no in answer to this question. Since each of us has our

own ways to relax that are often effective it is difficult for us to accept,

receive and implement suggestions that may come to us. But today I am going to challenge you to think clearly and concisely about this information presented here. Many of the techniques offered here are breakthroughs in the field of human development.

Much of modern

day physics including quantum physics stem from the discoveries made by Albert Einstein. He was good natured and often expounded on the science of personal achievement. He said “I believe that which

leads people to greatness in the arts and sciences is their capacity to achieve

flight from everyday life with its painful harshness and wretched dreariness, this can be compared to the city dweller who goes to the countryside for a weekend of rest and relaxation.”

Einstein drew

out a very simple and powerful conclusion for us to see. He said in essence that our capacity to experience personal restoration and healing on all level equals our capacity to have creative genius.

This increase

of personal power in the core of who we are improves all our capacities. So the questions we are faced with are:

  1. How do I relax-heal-nourish-tend to myself better?
  2. How do I empower myself for effective action?

That is what

this course is all about.

today on a little side journey from your life and lets see what we can see.

Introducing practice #1

#1 Slowing

down and tuning in

To begin the

journey into personal restoration we

slow down and tune in. It doesn’t matter how erratically those in our

lives are moving about. It also doesn’t matter how out of control our own lives are. We can at any moment regather our equilibrium. The first step on this journey is to deny the apparent conflict existing in our environment and our relationships. We can choose to make quality time for ourselves regardless of anything that is going on in our lives. The greater that we carry out this

decision the more we build an internal reserve of power with which we can create changes in our circumstances.

We can at any

moment begin to restore ourselves. The first step on this journey is to perceive the apparent conflict existing in our lives from a place of quiet

observation. We can choose to make quality time for ourselves regardless of anything that is going on in our lives. The greater we carry out this decision the more we build internal power. It is this internal power-up that naturally propels us into taking action upon our life circumstance to make changes happen.

Slow it down a

little bit and begin to tune in to this one moment. This is the moment that is offering you the opportunity for personal expansion. In what other moment is there ever a greater opportunity?

Please

challenge yourself now by saying ?I?m going to see just how deeply, slowly and comfortably I can breathe now…?

Initiate this

kind of breathing. INHALE. The first portion of every breath should be felt deep in the lungs. Then the ribcage expands and finally the shoulders rise. This is called Three Stage Breathing. It fills our lungs to full capacity.

Please breathe 3 of these right now. After you are done then begin reading again.

How do you

feel? Notice the difference that results from even just a little deep breathing.

In teaching

thousands of people stress management and personal empowerment techniques, I?ve discovered that most people use only the smallest portion of their lungs.

Proper breathing is a technique venerated by so many fields of healing arts: Medicine, Psychiatry, Psychology, Sports Medicine, Zen, and Meditation techniques of numerous types.

#2 -Being

in full acceptance of all the elements of the Unified Catalyst.

The Unified Catalyst is a term I created to represent everything that’s going on in the moment. This includes every sight, sound, thought, circumstance, vision etc.; whatever is going on in your life right this second. There is always a direct relationship between something that is disturbing us and the exposure of a

personal weakness.

The central dirt remover in a washing machine is called an agitator. This shakes free the dirt. In the same way the things in our lives that agitate us shakes free the

dirt from our consciousness. When something bothers you practice turning the focus from externally blaming to accepting full responsibility for the emotion you are experiencing. Practice interpreting circumstances in such a way that you gain something good from them.

Now

initiate deep, long, calm, fine and slow breathing

While keeping these two practices in mind, consider and practice even further now…

How deeply, calmly and slowly can I breathe?

Do this type of breathing even better now. These are the technologies of personal restoration. Doing these things well will enhance your glow.

Practice#3

Experience your pain fully and move through it into newfound healing

As you open up to this moment and slow down through the breathing you will notice that the more still and all embracing you become the more the various circumstances of

your life are brought to the forefront of your consciousness. Some of the things we tune into physiologically and or psychologically may be painful. Too often we trap away our pains never to be felt internally and processed. Facing ourselves directly may involve feeling pain, this pain however is like ?the breaking of the shell that encloses our understanding.? (Gibran)

In this 3rd

part stress release practice we face that which is, and fully experience what we see. This gives us the ability to heal and move on. Every human benefits from going through this self healing process. Denying this unnecessarily complicates our lives.

Practice#4

– Natural Absolute Stillness

When we are

awestruck at the beauty of some scene in nature that is so beautiful that it takes our breath away, we find ourselves absolutely still. Please do all the above steps so well that your absorption into this one moment becomes so profound that your breathing suspends.

10 seconds be so still that there’s no breath, no thought, and no worry. 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10

Be absolutely

still Feel Love and happiness through discovering the simplicity of an choice to experience them now.

Return to normal deep, relaxed breathing. Is your breathing usually deep and powerful or is it shallow?

Ok, Now that we’ve experienced the 4 basic practice of the breathing cycle we are ready to go on to…

STRESS

BUSTERS FOR THE NEW PARADIGM

Our next section introduces the first in a series of stress busters. Each stress busters series consists of 7- 5minute exercises designed to produce specific results in 3 areas.

  1. Psychological stress release and empowerment
  2. Physiological stress release and empowerment
  3. Initiation

…into the states of Love, Enthusiasm and Inspiration

What you will be able to do is pick one exercise from each of the three lists. Do them. Then you will have the internal boost Einstein and all self-help experts say is the

natural stuff necessary to make changes happen in your life. This is definitely breakthrough technology. So simple, so succinct, so effective.

My only request is this. That you and I embark on a 7 day spiritual and physical adventure for the great cause of effecting improvements in who you are and how you live. I am your friend and coach and will be available for a certain amount

SYLLABLE SHH OUT LOUD WITH THE SAME INTENTION AS QUIETING DOWN.

  1. FEEL YOUR WAY TO THE CORE OF YOUR HURT/PAIN. EXPERIENCE IT CATHARTICALLY BY TRYING TO PROCESS IT FULLY.
  2. WRITE ABOUT WHATEVER YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND.

4 ASK SOMEONE IF YOU CAN USE THEM AS A SOUNDING BOARD AND DO SO. GET RIGHT TO THE HEART OF THE ISSUE YOU WOULD LIKE INPUT on AS YOU SPEAK WITH THEM.

  1. READ SOME FAVORITE PASSAGE OF LITERATURE OR SCRIPTURES, OR SOME NOURISHING KIND OF TAPE OR VIDEO.
  2. QUIET YOUR INTERNAL DIALOGUE WITH YOURSELF AND EXPERIENCE TRANSCENDANT PEACE OF MIND…START WITH 30 SECONDS THEN GENTLY INCREASE THE INCRIMENTS UP TO 5 MINUTES.
  3. GO TO A SOLITARY PLACE (BATHROOMS ARE GREAT), SOMEWHERE JUST

OUTSIDE YOUR WORKPLACE, A STAIRWELL, ROOFTOP, BASEMENT, ETC. FIND SECRET PLACES NEARBY AND UTILIZE THEM STRATEGICALLY TO REESTABLISH EQUILIBRIUM WHENEVER NECESSARY.

Those are the

seven psychological stress busters. You will notice that with each one of them there is a profound opportunity to re-discover the right track through just a little bit of time and energy output. Nothing can take the place of the duty we have to keep ourselves on the healing track of life. Our experience of life

can be one that ventures into greater internal healing and greater external expressions.

Whatever we have on the inside is what is going to come out if we are squeezed.

When life squeezes you what comes out?

BY MAINTAINING CERTAIN LEVEL OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CATHARSIS WE BECOME CLEARER IN OUR PERCEPTIONS

Now, here is a list of 7 techniques of physiological stress release and empowerment:

PHYSIOLOGICAL

STRESS RELEASE and EMPOWERMENT

WHILE

BREATHING AS DEEPLY AND AS SLOWLY AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN, DO onE EXERCISE FROM THE LIST BELOW.

CHOOSE ONE AND THEN BEGIN.

  1. STRETCHING-

UTILIZE EVERY MAJOR STRETCHING POSE YOU KNOW BY COMMON SENSE. IN FRONT, TO THEN SIDES, STRETCH BACK.

  1. CALISTHENICS- PUSH UPS, SIT UPS, JUMPING JACKS, RUNNING IN PLACE.
  2. CLEANING, ORGANIZING AND PRIORITIZING YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT.
  3. GOING FOR A WALK
  4. RUNNING
  5. OFFICE ISOMETRICS- WHILE SEATED AT YOUR DESK THERE ARE A VARIETY OF FITNESS OPTIONS.

1. BREATHING POWERFULLY. 2 GRABBING UNDERNEATH YOUR DESKTOP AND PUSHING UPWARDS. 3. GRABBING THE ARMS OF YOUR CHAIR AND PRESSING DOWNWARD. 4. SQUATTING REPEATEDLY NEXT TO YOUR DESK.

  1. DYNAMIC

TENSION-CONTRACT YOUR MUSCLES AND MOVE YOUR BODY IN ALL DIRECTIONS. HANDS AND ARMS, TORSO AND LEGS.

IMITATE THE MOVEMENTS PEOPLE DO on EXERCISE MACHINES. JUST CONTRACT YOUR MUSCLES WITH YOUR INTENTION.

Please take

the next five minutes now to do #1 of this list while doing a breathing cycle. The five minute time frame is very specific and important. Do you have five minutes to spend gassing yourself up for effective action?

Please stand

now and explore stretching and breathing. It is only five minutes and the benefits can be astounding when we apply ourselves. PLEASE DO THIS NOW.

If and when we

take the time to restore ourselves fully our creative expression is naturally unbounded.

I can only hope that you are actually doing the exercises as we go along. I’ve only asked you to do two 5 minute exercises. Please go back now and do them if you haven’t already. Willingness to explore with me further is going to actually bring you

closer to realizing a better you living a happier life.

Having been

refreshed and energized by letting go, breathing deep, feeling our pains and facing life directly we can now more attentively tend to the greatest influence to personal power and life effectiveness.

THE NEW

RELATIONAL PARADIGM

Did you ever notice that whenever you access a great quality of consciousness that you seem mysteriously supported in your actions? Let go of self-constricting patterns of

consciousness and bathe your current life circumstance in a nourishing, caring, loving emotional attitude of being. Fear cannot live with unconditional acceptance of circumstances. Are you afraid? Are you afraid to be radiantly healthy and effective in your life? Take heart, there is more than enough

inspiration available in life to fuel this great transformation. Inside of each

of us is the capacity to perceive life without dualism. Why should we believe the illusion promoted by society that Love is not supposed to be part of our

moment to moment experience? Love is the substance of the masters of life and we have the opportunity to cultivate this quality as well.

THE WAY WE ARE

TAUGHT TO COMMUNICATE

We are brought up with certain basic communicative instructions. For example, we are taught to be kind to people but protect your space. The moment you see someone

overstepping the boundaries of appropriateness exact a boundary and be willing to enforce it. When you need to make your point, be assertive. Don’t care too much about people, generally, keep your distance.

This is not the way that the masters communicate. The more love a person has the more capacity one has to understand and accept someone regardless of what they do.

This exemplifies fundamental communicative mastery. To have a true concern for the people in our lives is to exercise the art of grace giving. Love is the

great communication instructor. How does Love tell us to treat people? Why is it that we can have self help seminars on empowerment but there is almost never any major emphasis placed on the power of Love?

Would you like to see your personal radiance heighten? Then practice the art of Loving. Let Love love through you. Watch what happens to how you perceive people. Our

entire relational paradigm shifts into an unconditional acceptance and support.

Most people

think the world’s ills are due to a problem with the mind. It seems the main problem with so many today is a problem of the emotional heart. Do you feel Loved by Life? Supported? Encouraged? If not, please let me be a friend by saying. Initiate a program of self care, beginning with this course.? In a short amount of time your practices will help you, your loved ones, and your friends.

ENTHUSIASM AND INSPIRATION

The Latin

origin of the word enthusiasm is En-theos. It means; In-God. How about the word Inspiration it means ‘In the Spirit.’ Each of us makes the choice whether or not to include these power sources in our lives.

Love-Enthusiasm-Inspiration, these qualities are the greatest motivators known

to mankind. Just as we can choose to include greater restoration and empowerment, we can also choose to receive the empowerments of inspiration and enthusiasm.

Just by doing a few simple things:

Now lets look into some techniques to bring about heightened inspiration and enthusiasm.

THE SEVEN

CATALYSTS TO INSPIRATION

For the

next five minutes do one of the catalysts to inspiration listed below. While giving concentrated effort exact a full breathing cycle.

  1. See yourself being the kind of person you want to be in today’s or tomorrow’s forthcoming activities.
  2. Make a collage of any pictures or words that you find inspiring from a magazine. Or just point them out to yourself.
  3. Write about

3 major actions you can implement in your life right now that will help your personal situation tremendously.

  1. Read

passages from your three favorite (helpful)

books, scripture, poems etc. Any kind of writing that is spiritual in nature.

  1. Put on a

tape or video that is conducive to inspiration and enthusiasm.

  1. Visualize

yourself enjoying the attainment of very specific goals for who you are and how you live.

  1. Pray and/or

Meditate with excellence and sincerity.

Please take 5

minutes now and experience #1. Remember to perform a full conscious breathing cycle at the same time you do any of these techniques. If you’ve done the preceding exercises as outlined in this course then no doubt you are

experiencing a measure of stress release and personal empowerment. These things are good but are wasted if not applied. Here is an immediate system which gives

us practical solutions for increased productivity each and every day.

THE PLAN

As we attend to the process of personal healing and empowerment our magnetism and personal attractiveness multiplies. People are thereby more interested to listen to us

and interact with us. The relational and business opportunities consequently skyrocket.

What I’m about to share with you now is a simple, workable and effective plan to begin creating some of the changes you would like to see in the areas of

Relationships and Finances.

Having an

avowed allegiance to our own restoration through the waters of Love, Enthusiasm and Deep Relaxation each of our relational experiences become positively embraced. As this happens your business opportunities will naturally multiply.

Applying yourself to the forthcoming specific outline will absolutely result in renewed energy and an overall increased clarity of perception.

All I ask is that you try it for 7 days. Seven days of experimentation with the suggestions given specifically at the end of our time together today. If you participate

of this type of restful and dynamic experience is ever available for us all. Please before you go to bed tonight prepare yourself as well as you can to sleep deeply and transcendentally…

Tomorrow

wake up early to begin this system. This of course means that tonight go to sleep early.

For the next 7

days please fulfil these fundamental requirements

#1 As soon as you wake up begin your day with recognizing that since

you’ve probably been dreaming your mind is needing to become centered. Begin breathing deeply as an automatic reflex and initiate within yourself a state of deep calm. Since you are doing this as soon as you wake up there is an existing quality of consciousness that can help you relax more easily.

#2 Go about specific morning rituals that you have which are particularly nourishing. For example, a nice walk, reading, praying,

meditating, yoga, tea, a little coffee. Shower, then sit down and prepare to do one of the processes chosen from each of the three categories.

#3Each day, except Sunday, be attentive to the basics: food, sleep, exercise, nature, fun, a sense of purpose.

#4 Pick one exercise from each of the three categories:

  1. The Catalysts to Inspiration

To do the three chosen practices one after the other will only take about 15 minutes total. In those 15 minutes an infusion of personal power will take place through you.

Then in line

with The New Relational Paradigm make calls, post up flyers, place newspaper ads and visit people. Plan out an hour’s worth of activities. You’ll notice

that the 15 minutes of preparation will help you awaken to an hour’s worth of effective action taking.

Then if you?d

like, do another cycle. Double the time of 3 different exercises totaling 30 minute time investment. After the 30 minutes of restoration and empowerment then go on a 3 hour venture applying the New Relational Paradigm to your business and life.

Now draw a long breath and shut your eyes.? Alice got uncomfortable and said

“Well, there’s no use trying, I can’t , one can’t believe in impossible things.? The queen said-I dare say, you haven’t had much practice. When I was your age I always did it for half an hour a day. why sometimes I believed as many as 6 impossible things before breakfast. Now, TRY AGAIN!

I heard it said somewhere that failure is the pathway to action and hat every person is given 1000 failures in life to get out of their system in any given project..

Don’t worry if what you’ve tried thus far hasn’t worked. There are solid, clear pathways to a great you living out a great life.
